By signing up, submitting an application, or engaging with the services of Trusted Study Abroad Indore (“the Company”), you (“the Student/Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Application & Admission Support

• The Company acts solely as a consultant and facilitator for study abroad applications, admissions, and visa processes.
• The final admission decision is solely at the discretion of the respective university/college. The Company does not guarantee admission.

Visa Guidance

• The Company provides guidance and support for visa filing.
• The decision to grant or refuse a visa rests entirely with the concerned embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
• The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any visa refusal, delays, or restrictions.

Fees & Payments

• All service charges, consultancy fees, university application fees, and visa-related fees once paid are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of admission or visa applications.
• Any third-party charges (universities, visa offices, courier, etc.) are to be borne solely by the Student/Client.
• Payments must be made within the timelines communicated by the Company.

Student/Client Responsibility

• The Student/Client is solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and authentic documents and information.
• The Company shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from false, misleading, incomplete, or delayed submission of documents.
• Any misrepresentation or non-disclosure of facts will result in termination of services without refund.

Limitation of Liability

• The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by the Student/Client due to:
  
  • University/college admission decisions.
  • Visa application outcomes.
  • Changes in immigration policies or government regulations.
  • Acts beyond the Company’s control (force majeure)

Confidentiality & Data Protection

• The Company shall maintain confidentiality of all personal and academic information shared by the Student/Client.
• The Company may share necessary information with universities, immigration authorities, or authorized partners strictly for processing applications.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising from the services provided by the Company shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Acceptance of Terms

• By proceeding with application, admission, or visa services, the Student/Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
