Terms & Conditions – Applications & Admissions

1. Scope of Services

• Trusted Study Abroad (“Company”) provides counseling, documentation guidance, admission facilitation, and visa assistance for students aspiring to study abroad.
• The Company acts only as a facilitator. Final decisions regarding admission, scholarships, visas, or travel are solely made by universities, colleges, testing bodies, embassies, and government authorities.

2. Student Responsibility

• The student must provide true, complete, and valid documents (academic, financial, personal, medical, etc.).
• Any forged, false, or misleading information provided by the student will result in immediate termination of services, with no refund, and may be reported to authorities.
• The student is responsible for:
  
  • Choosing courses, programs, and universities that match their eligibility.
  • Meeting deadlines for applications, tests, visa submissions, and payments.
  • Bearing costs of application forms, courier, visa fees, exam fees, insurance, travel, and related expenses.
  • Ensuring passport, visa, financial proofs, and other documents are valid and updated.

3. Fees & Payments

• All consultation, service, application, and visa processing fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including withdrawal, rejection, or change of plans.
• University/college/embassy/government fees are to be paid directly to the respective institutions by the student (unless otherwise arranged).
• The Company does not guarantee admission, scholarship, visa, or job placement in exchange for fees paid.

4. No Guarantee Clause

• Admission is granted solely at the discretion of the respective university or college.
• Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
• The Company does not guarantee:
  
  • Admission to any institution.
  • Scholarships, financial aid, or fee waivers.
  • Visa issuance, visa duration, or travel approvals.
  • Employment, permanent residency, or settlement abroad.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Trusted Study Abroad shall not be held liable for:
  
  • Rejections, delays, or losses caused by universities, embassies, visa authorities, or courier/postal services.
  • Student’s failure to provide documents on time or as per requirements.
  • Any losses arising from government rule changes, policy updates, or unforeseen events.
  • Academic or financial performance of the student abroad.
• The Company’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the service fee paid directly to the Company, and no further claims shall be entertained.

6. Communication & Consent

• By applying through the Company, students agree to receive communication via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email regarding admission, visa, and related services.
• The student authorizes the Company to share necessary documents and personal information with universities, visa authorities, and partners solely for the purpose of processing the application.

7. Termination of Services

• The Company reserves the right to discontinue services without refund in cases of:
  
  • Misrepresentation or submission of fraudulent documents.
  • Non-cooperation, abusive behavior, or violation of policies.
  • Non-payment of agreed fees.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
